Sophia’s Sanctuary is home to two Schools:

~The Earthstar School of Choreocosmos and Cosmic and Sacred Dance developed by Robert Powell and managed by Linda Delman.

~The Embodied Life School developed by Russell Delman.

Sophia’s Sanctuary provides various ways to cultivate love and wisdom. We offer new ways to work for the healing of the earth, and the healing of ourselves. We invite new ways to develop our relationship to star wisdom.

Each class, course, event and gathering is designed to invite participants into an encounter with the wisdom in themselves and an awareness of the living wisdom around us.

We are currently offering weekly classes in parenting, development of contemplative practices, sacred and cosmic dance, understanding the soul life, and the movement of attention.

Past classes have had themes of:

  • Human Biography
  • The Seven Chakras and Seven classical Planets
  • The Four Elements as a Path to Inner Development
  • Working with Death and Dying
  • From Fear to Love
  • Silence and the Soul
  • Parenting with the Spirit

We also give one day and weekend workshops involving meditation, Sacred Dance and various movement practices which invite participants to experience the Divine in the present moment.
